‘Again’ Sewoon Bridge
[‘Again Sewoon Plaza] After the existing shopping mall was demolished, the Greenwich Park was formed and rebuilt as a plaza as part of the rehabilitation project. It is composed of two-level sloping plaza. The first floor has exhibition and event space, and the second floor is used for various activities such as various events and performances.
[‘Again’ Sewoon Bridge] The architect Soo Keun Kim, who was in charge of the design at Sewoon Shopping Center, planned to link the 3rd floor deck as a walking route from Jongmyo to Chungmuro. However, there was a problem with other construction companies, and the 3rd floor walkway experienced a problem. The pedestrian walkway created by the intention of this initial designer is connected again.

Sewoon Basement
Fab Lab Seoul
[Seun Basement] Seun Basement is a space where the boiler room was formerly used as a place where it is felt as if it is an installation art and is created as a creative place instead of demolishing the underground boiler. It is located in the capital city of Seoul and the City Campus of Seoul City University. It also runs on-site training as well as hands-on training and production workshops.
[Fab Lab Seoul] educates people on various methods of making using digital technology, and the focus of these educational programs is on spreading the maker’s movement. The Fab Lab Seoul includes equipment and tools for working on a make-up and projects that can communicate with various makers-artists and people.
