A reserva de hotel deve ser feita até 1º de agosto de 2017. Reservas de quarto e alterações feitas depois de 1 de agosto de 2017 não poderão ser garantidas e estarão sujeitas à disponibilidade de quarto.
O horário padrão de check-in às 15:00 e de check-out às 12:00 serão aplicados a todos os hotéis. Por favor, observe que o pedido de check-in antecipado e de check-out tardio deve ser feito por escrito à Secretaria da UIA 2017 em Seul através do e-mail [email protected] com antecedência.
